I never have trouble getting an appointment with Dr. Simon. She's always concerned and takes time to answer my concerns. If I've forgotten to ask something I can call and she'll get back to me. I like that she's the type of doctor who can submit a Rx refill without having me come in to see her.
Originally Dr. Simon presented as attentive and empathetic when diagnosing me back in 2020. Unfortunately, the visit to follow would not have that same effect. Felt rushed, not heard and frustrated by not getting what I need. I haven’t been back since 2022.
Base on my experienced, she didn't explain what going on about my condition,I had to ask many questions. Just keep on looking on computer and write something and not focusing on my concerned. I don't feel any compassion ,my waiting time is longer than the consultation. Leaving me in the room with out explaining what do to next.i have to go outside and asked if we are done and what to do. She's on a hurry and like the other comment said,not totally addressing my concerned.
