I lived in Syracuse from 2000 to 2010 where Marie became my Agent. I have had State Farm most of my life but decided to try some other brand. She took over my account and did wonders. She Still cares about her customers. I have moved back to Indiana and have still contact here about SF issues she is Wonderful. You will be very satisfied with Marie as your Agent.
Awful experience getting Dan Barnett's office to review a claim. They never call me back so I have to initiate every step of the process. Took months for their office to even get their claims department to call them back! They overlooked the most obvious components of the claim even though I sent pictures and sent me a blank form letter with no explanation. No follow up and they just don't care about their customers. Only giving one star because this is the first review I have ever given, and I don't know that I have the ability to give 0 stars. Working with these agents has been AWFUL and I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE. Now fast forward my mother has damn near every policy she feels she needs or can afford, its with state farm, ad that includes life insurance which is not surprising however what was surprising was, when there came a point in my mothers life she was going through a divorce from a marriage of 17 years, and she took it hard.
