Great Company My family and I have been using Charitydine for several years. Great restaurants and deals. Whenever we have needed assistance they have been there for us. Best restaurant certificate service, period!
Nasty outfit I wholehearted agree with "the worst" review. CD customer service is nasty and rude, they politely take your money but refuse to be polite and professional if you have a problem. I'm battling cancer and several other illnesses so I sometimes can't go out to restaurants before the certificates expire. Every time I request a replacement certificate they complain rather than respect my request and honor my request. You would think they would be more accomodating with a name like Charity. The Worst!! CharityDine is a joke! They emailed me that they are suspending my ability to purchase certificates for one of our favorite restuarants, Leftovers, in Jupiter, FL, because they "must make sure that our restaurants do not become inundated with too many people. We would like to sell as many certificates as possible to our members, but must also protect our restaurants as well." I bought 6 certificates over the past 6 months!
