Dr. Ray is fine. Her MA is rude, condecending and unprofessional. I will select a new PCP.
Dr. Ray is the best primary care doc I’ve had in many years. She is very attentive, caring, compassionate, & thorough. I always feel better after ANY appointment with her. Dr. Ray also understands the issues many black women (such as myself) go through with the healthcare system. I HIGHLY recommend her!
Terrible doctor! Very unprofessional, does not address very serious health issues and doesn’t seem to care about the well being of her patients. Her MA Beth is rude and difficult to work with too.
She did not address any of my concerns. I might have been in there for 5 minutes. I left the room and had to request another appointment with another doctor on a different day. I had some major health concerns, and she was obviously more worried about leaving for the day. She is not who I see at usually at the practice and she made it very clear that she didn't care about me or what I was experiencing. Her nurse is extremely rude to top it off. Dr. Ray has been my primary care provider for multiple years and I really value her care and decision making. She helped me through the grief of my Mom and she has become my father's primary care provider as well. Heck, even my sister sees Dr. Ray too. I feel that she is extremely compassionate and if there has been an issue with a medication or something else; calling her office is not hard and getting a message to her is extremely easy.
