We've used Charista Cinstruction for several large repair jobs for our home. Including replacing ceilings, installing new hardwood floor, and building a handicap accessible ramp for my parents to be able to go into the house with no steps. I like their friendliness and the quality of their service, you might need to spend more time to communicate with them if you have a tight project schedule but its worth it.
DO NOT HIRE!!!! The story is simple, While replacing a vent fan in my master bathroom, I slipped on one of the joist in the attic and fell through my children's bathroom ceiling. I contacted Charista Construction to give me a quote to fix the hole in the ceiling. After 2 missed appointments and lame excuses, the very rugged and unpleasant "quote team" arrived. Charista Construction built my deck and also finished my basement. They are reliable and get the job done in a timely manner. I have always been pleased with their service & the quality of their work.
After a fire this contractor was highered to do a complete gut and repair to home. The final work was not what was promised. The work was sub par and over priced. Items such as a iron stove and an old fashioned metal tub were removed without permision. Those items were not returned and no compinastion was given. An electric wheelchair was suppossed to be cleaned to remove smoke smell. Chair was returned with smell still in it.
