I waited an hour AFTER my appointment time to have my annual physical done. This after receiving a text message saying I should arrive 15 minutes before. It's been 3 weeks since I had blood work done and the results have not been reviewed. Apparently my health is not her concern. I'm looking for another Osteopathic doctor who actually cares about me and my health.
I’ve been to so many different doctors over the years trying to figure out what was wrong with my body, so many of those doctors never even tried to figure out what was wrong or even did anything to help alleviate my chronic pain. With the very first visit with Dr. Richard she not only listened to my problems but she figured out a treatment plan that actually worked with my body. I was able to get in the same day and see Dr. Richard. Dr. Richard and staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Quick, easy, and convenient. Definitely recommend. Thank you again Dr. Richard-I am finally starting to feel better!
