Here is my review for the Mount Sinai Hospital, located at 1468 Madison Ave…. 1-This is my first and last visit here, as the hospital was huge and the directions were confusing. 2-The staff was giving me incorrect information. 3-I had an appointment scheduled for 2:30pm, but the staff reached out to me at 2:45pm. 4-I was pretty shocked when the Fibroscan technician took me to a place that looked like an ER room, just separated by curtains, and I had to lie down across from a male patient where we could see each other.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Charissa Chang. She is compassionate, professional, and truly cares about her patients. She listened to all of my concerns, answered my questions patiently, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Her knowledge and attention to detail gave me confidence in my care. I am very thankful for her support and highly recommend Dr. Charissa Chang to anyone seeking an excellent doctor.
