As my father's caregiver, I am extremely disappointed by how this situation was handled. My father is an 81 year old disabled Vietnam veteran who has been without his teeth for over two months. His original appointment was scheduled for 6/17 at 9:45 a.m. When I was offered an earlier appointment for today at 10:30 a.m., I accepted it. They care about people. One less star for double booking. I don’t like being double booked.
Dr. Morgan and all his staff are wonderful. He is the best dentist and super nice. Everyone in this office is friendly, professional, and caring.
My immediate family and I have been under Dr. Morgan's dental care for many years and we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
