Came here whilst on vacation for an Acrylic nail infil. The lovely young girl was very methodical with her shaping and very gentle. Lots of colours to choose from. Nails were done to a high standard. Highly recommend this place.
Prices don’t make sense. I was charged $50 just to remove UV gel, while a full UV gel set costs $57. The explanation I got was ‘because it takes time,’ which doesn’t add up. My nails weren’t acrylic or long, yet the removal was almost the same price as a whole new set.
I had such a wonderful experience at Charisma Nail Spa! 💅✨ I normally do my nails every month and have my own routine, but this time I booked last minute since I was nearby. And wow — not only did they fit me in, but they made my design even better than the photo I showed! 😱😍 The best part? They finished with a quick hand massage using the most lovely cream. I booked a manicure with gel polish through ClassPass. When I arrived, the technician insisted I would need to pay extra for a refill. I clearly said I did not want a refill — only the service I booked. She removed the old gel polish, applied a new one, and at the end demanded an extra $20 because “removing the old polish took 30 minutes.” At no point was I informed that removal would be charged separately, and this is normally part of a standard manicure with gel polish.
