There are just not enough words for me to describe how appreciative I am to Jessica for getting me in today for a brow appointment. I needed some ‘me’ time today and I wanted to get my eyebrows tinted and waxed. I called the number and Jessica was able to get me in on her day off!!! Jessica at Charisma did a wonderful job on my Permanent Anklet and Bracelet. It’s a 14K gold, thin chain, looks so classy!

Jessica Hoffland is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She's an expert at what she does, I wouldn't trust my lashes & brows with anyone else! Her work space is always stylish, clean & sanitary. Not only do I feel beautful when I leave, I have more good energy from spending time with such a kind & thoughtful person. She cares about her clients and it shows!
