Had a wonderful experience at charisma. I would highly recommend the whole team. My extension placement is amazing. I've had many different extensions over the past 20 years. These are the best! I've had a lot of compliments. People can't believe they are extensions. Thank you. I'll definitely be following up with the team at charisma for my extension management.

I ordered and paid for hair through this salon, and they kept the remaining hair I paid for. The owner told me if they aren’t the one installing it, they get to keep it. On top of that, the extensions were done so poorly I had to go back three times. Felt like I was dealing with thieves . Avoid this place.

Megan is wonderful. She always takes her time and listens well. My hair cut and styling are always amazing! I’ve been seeing her for a little over a year and love her work. My hair has never looked better.

I’ve had a few cuts with Sadie and have not left disappointed! Sadie is so kind and takes the time to really listen and ask questions to find out what you are looking for in a style. She is so easy to talk to, it feels like I’ve known her for years.
