I ordered and paid for hair through this salon, and they kept the remaining hair I paid for. The owner told me if they aren’t the one installing it, they get to keep it. On top of that, the extensions were done so poorly I had to go back three times. Felt like I was dealing with thieves . Avoid this place.

Megan is wonderful. She always takes her time and listens well. My hair cut and styling are always amazing! I’ve been seeing her for a little over a year and love her work. My hair has never looked better.

I’ve had a few cuts with Sadie and have not left disappointed! Sadie is so kind and takes the time to really listen and ask questions to find out what you are looking for in a style. She is so easy to talk to, it feels like I’ve known her for years.

Charisma salon is always an amazing experience! The overall atmosphere of the salon is very welcoming and a complete luxury experience! Sadie always does an amazing job with my hair and I leave feeling so pampered!! She understands color and her clients needs while being very transparent about what is realistic which is greatly appreciated!
