Charisma has helped me transition from three years of black box dye, back to a more natural color. I also got extensions to give me the length I used to have while my natural hair grows out. The extensions were a big step for me and i absolutely love them. I have now had them for over a month and I feel put together and confident. Ashley is incredible! Today was the second time I went to her, but this time I went for a facial. It was my first time getting a facial, and she explained each step of the process. She never made me feel dumb for asking. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. And when I stepped into the salon, I was greeted by one other stylist (Charlena, I believe?) and asked my name and who I was here to see. SCAM ALERT: CHARISMA HAIR SALON STOLE FROM ME READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK ANYTHING! I paid for hair extensions — not cheap — and the owner just kept them. Never installed them, never refunded me, never even acted like it was a problem. Just straight-up took my money and ghosted. Who does that?! This wasn’t a misunderstanding. This was theft.
