In town on a business trip and I broke a nail. Charisma was kind enough to squeeze me in and took excellent care of me. In and out quickly. Great service, great results!
Made an appointment and they didn't even acknowledge you when you walked in. Sat there about 15 mins before they said hello and when i said i had an appointment at 10am they spoke among themselves and did not give me a timeframe or any additional acknowledgment as to when i would be taken care of the services that i made an appointment for!!!!!!! Around 1025 i made an appointment somewhere else and left. What in the customer service is this?! Why take walks in when you have an appointment coming in?! Never ever coming here.
Got a manicure and pedicure for my birthday today Angel and Kim took really great care of me. They were fantastic. I love this salon because I can walk to it from my house.
BEWARE: If you come here, you will be overpaying for poor material quality, and even worse customer service. I paid $140 for a regular pedicure and a dip manicure (not including tip, which after this experience, I highly regret giving). The manicure is completely destroyed after only 9-days (a 4-week longevity). See pictures.
