I just had the best pedicure and manicure at charisma. And I will be going back very convenient to my work.
Really disappointed. I paid $160 and my gel polish started peeling after just 3 days. Even worse, the sides of several nails weren’t painted, so the manicure looked unfinished from the start. The service was just as bad. I had to ask the technician to turn on the massage chair, and when it stopped halfway through, she didn’t even bother turning it back on. For the price, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Based on my experience, the ratings here feel seriously inflated. I won’t be coming back.
I got my French manicure done, and I wanted non-gel nail paint, they were super patient and the final result looked so clean and beautiful!
Got cat-eye gel x nails manicure and gel pedicure and the service was amazing ! The staff was welcoming and paid attention to detail!
