I went to Charisma after being with my own stylist for 11 years.. Biggest mistake of my life. My stylist wasn't available due to a hand injury. My hair looks hideous, soooo many uneven layers...it looks chopped. I went because of positive reviews. The girl was nice enough however had no conception of what a good haircut is. I'm devastated, back to Abrie My only hope is my hair will grow fast..I now have nothing to work with. Client...BEWARE
