My experience at Charisma was hell and I am never going back. I booked an appointment with Andreas because my usual stylist left. I was not impressed with her balayage. It went way too high up, was not blended well and left me with weird looking roots instead of a beautiful transition between my natural colour (light red) and blonde. I came yesturday and Venessa was my stylist and she was so helpful and kind and took good care of me. She also very knowledgeable on what my hair needs and it felt to so good to have some show that they care. I needed it. ❤️
