Not open when they say they are. Very upsetting to plan this as part of my day and the door being locked despite the hours saying they’re open.

This is the BEST place to get your brows down it’s only $15.00. You can also get a punch card for being a frequent member and after a few visits you get one free threading. Woo-Hoo🥳. All the ladies do a super good job of threading your brows. I have had the eyebrow tinting done, however it doesn’t last on my eyebrows, so I wouldn’t recommend it. Save your money.
Specifically ask her to keep my brows thick. She did the exact opposite on top of a bad job! When I told her they were too thin she said that I should have told her before she got started. I did, but she clearly did not hear me because during the majority of the appointment she was on the phone. When I called her out on she at least apologized and admitted to being on the phone but I left $15 poorer with butchered eyebrows. This was my normal brow spot but you won’t have to worry about me visiting this place again.
