Was fitted for a dress and 6 weeks later when we received the dress it wasn’t even same dress, the dress for the whole bridal party was 2 sizes smaller then ordered, none of them fit. Was fat shamed by employee. They would not refund their money. The lender refused to handle his business and refund the money or even return a phone call!!
I will never step foot in this store again. My daughter's have purchased their formals here several time spending upwards of $1,000 over the last year. My daughter purchased a $430 dress here in August for her homecoming. She wasn't able to wear it due to the poor quality of the stitching on the very thin strap. It broke while she was putting it on for HOCO, sadly. I called the store hoping they would at least give me store credit and was disappointed with the owner telling me that there were no store refunds. Such terrible ... read more
Charisma has the most beautiful formal gowns and wedding dresses. I have shopped at charisma for years and always find just what I need. I bought my wedding dress, all my daughters dresses for her dances and many Mardi Gras Ball Gowns! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
