I would be wary of this company… they are associated with Speicher Select Properties, a Shady management company that deals with even shadier landlords. I was shmoozed and charmed into moving into a duplex and not made privy to the arrangement the landlord had with the probation department. There has been nothing but problems next door and the landlord refuses to let me out of the lease and the management company is not managing the situation.
