I would be wary of this company… they are associated with Speicher Select Properties, a Shady management company that deals with even shadier landlords. I was shmoozed and charmed into moving into a duplex and not made privy to the arrangement the landlord had with the probation department. The people at Charis Realty Group in Bedford were super helpful and amazing. Herschel helped me out a lot. Had a bunch of question considering I was first time home buyer, so I was a little lost at times, but he answered questions I had with all the info I needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking for a home.
Last month we contacted Charis about a place we were interested in. The realtor said she was going on vacation and could not show it to us but would get someone else to help us. The property is 3 hours away from where we live so we wanted to make sure someone would be there to let us in to see it. I left a message with the owner and didn't hear from her.
