The program is amazing! The environment, support , expertise of this doctor is not only conducive to weight loss, but a life style change to ensure weight loss and maintenance to keep it off. I’ve lost weight slower than others but I’ve learned how to eat healthier and be very intentional about my actions. Rather at home or on the road I have a plan! I attribute this all to Dr. James! This is an investment to extend your life span and maintain good health! I love her and Pure!
