First, my appointment last week was cancelled due to illness, which was fine as I had been give enough time to accommodate. I was also informed Laura could reschedule for me this week at the same time. Today I showed up and no one was at the office. I texted and got no response. I called all the numbers and just got voicemails. I rearranged my afternoon, took time off work and got nothing back. If I wouldn’t have shown up they would charge me $80.
