Tehya has been a fantastic resource for helping better my mental health. She is caring, compassionate and supportive; and very knowledgeable. I had a really bad experience of Colden. Did only initial session. 15 mins were just forms and rest me talking. Therapist was yawning in the whole session. Provided no resources or guidance. absolutely waste of time and money. not recommended at all.

I highly recommend Charis Counselling. I have only had counselling with Susan but it has been highly beneficial to both my everyday life as well as my own self-improvement. Like going to the gym or doctor to take care of my physical health, regularly tending to my mental health by means of a counsellor has proved to be equally, if not more, rewarding.
