What we hoped would be a supportive and professional environment ultimately became an experience marked by poor communication, lack of accountability, and abandonment at a deeply vulnerable time. I cannot recommend Carol Kim enough. I came in as a tired, guilt-ridden, depressed, and anxious mama to young kids, and Carol's guidance has been one of the biggest blessings in my life.
