AMAZING! I do not know what I would do without them!
Kate helped my emotionally sensitive ten year old son tremendously. In addition to several other effective techniques she taught him to use when overwhelmed, she also used EMDR Therapy to help him process some traumatic memories from a serious accident/ injury. This has had a positive effect on his ability to regulate his emotions.
