I brought my 996 C4S to Sati with a list of codes other shops failed to diagnose. We found a failed oil pump to be the issue and a plan was quickly put into effect. 3500 kms later, a trip to Florida and the car is in a terrific way Sati made some excellent recommendations on other parts to replace for peace of mind and saved me numerous headaches down the road I’m grateful for the help received and confidence inspired by chariots of simcoe

Sati at Chariots of Simcoe has been the only person I trust with my Cayman S for years. He’s not just a technician—he’s the doctor. A Porsche whisperer. Somebody who treats every car as if it were his own. I recently bought a Macan GTS, and honestly, Sati was a deciding factor. Knowing he’d be the one caring for it gave me more confidence than any test drive. Five stars isn’t enough. Much like PDK, the rating system should go up to seven. If you own a Porsche and want true peace of mind, this is where you go.
I had a coolant leak that was promptly diagnosed and repaired. The cost came in below the estimate because they were able to order the replacement part without buying it as part of a larger assembly as first thought. As a bonus they inspected areas of the vehicle that were accessible because of the disassembly required for the repair. It's very clear that they treat customers with the aim of being a trusted shop.
