We had a very challenging experience trying to locate a place where we could watch the fireworks, because of all the road closures. Originally we planned to go to the Lincoln monument, then had to change location to Jefferson memorial because Lincoln was closed. Then Ohio drive was closed and we couldn’t be dropped off there. Our driver, Mohammed, provided the most exceptional service and friendly customer experience! He is an incredible driver, was very communicative before and during the ride, and the sprinter van was exactly how it’s shown in pictures and stocked with ice and water - which was a nice touch. Also a huge shout out to Marta, who was also extremely helpful and very professional. All around a fantastic job by the entire team! Highly recommend!
