We had the pleasure of meeting with Lee for a factory tour and also saw many finished models. Wonderful selection! And, Mr. Lee was super polite, honest and helpful. Everyone we met treated us with smiles and respect! So heartwarming in this day and age. If we do decide to purchase a new Cavco tiny home, this will be the place. Highly recommend them!
We recently purchased a Chariot Eagle park model. The overall workmanship is outstanding, but the real gem is the customer service that we received. There were a few items that needed to be addressed, and we were shocked by their follow up extended courtesy. These issues were not caused by Chariot Eagle, but by a 3rd party.They understand that addressing customers’ concerns, pays huge dividends in goodwill and referrals.
