This place was a joke. Call an ambulance if you are in pain, otherwise you’ll have to wait at this A&E for ages, left in pain for hours even after reminding them of your existence every half hour. The staff don’t show any sense of urgency or listen to you. We’ll never go back there again, 3-rd world hospitals do much better than this.

Was greeted by triage Maria a blonde lady who was very dismissive rude, and racist. Laughed at my name and accused me of being abusive for just simply saying how desperate i am. This isn't the first time I've had this from her and racism for my name and appearance and will be reporting further. I even asked another nurse if i could have a chat with her about it to settle things but was turned down, and would still like this to be resolved and discussed.

everyone was so nice and understanding. they took to explain everything and have a great attitude. it also didn't take too long of a wait for me to be referred, i think everything went down in around 2-3 hours which is good considering when i came in the waiting room was almost full and needed to speak to different doctors.
