The average waitng time period is 8-9 hours to be seen by Doctor. We are waiting for 38 hours steady in A& E for my child to be admitted in any hospital in West London that don't have a room / bed available. When you express your frustration to them by saying how it comes? This is not right at all to be treated like a scum left over in corner miserable state. But then they answer by sarcastically smiling to your face and saying people are waiting here 100 hours to get available bed for admission. Therefore in other words in ... read more

I had a cut on my forehead, was seen by a lovely doctor within half hour this evening. She was super nice and did a great job - put glue on my cut so that there is hardly visible line now, gave a tetanus shot and advice sheet. I am sorry I didn’t remember her name, but I wanted to thank her very much again and thank all NHS staff in general. ❤️

I visited the A&E this night and I had such a good experience from the start till the and with every one of the staff, also George who did the surgery was so kind and paid so much attention to details, there is hope with the NHS I hope you send some staff to Hillingdon hospital too as last experience I had there was not ideal. I guess someone has to have a look at the management in the hospitals that have good rating and the ones that have bad rating, it must have something to do with the way they are run. All the best !
