All the team is working very hard , despite being busy they all are very kind and reassuring . I had to have 2 x-rays and a ct till they found the bone I actually fractured and was not visible on neither X-rays very thankful the team investigated further till they found the bone I fractured and helped me throughout instead of giving up on it so Thank you for the whole team administrators, doctors , x-ray, ct staff , cleaners and everyone who has been so kind supporting and hardworking . The A&E is so bad and long waiting times even when only small number of people

This place was a joke. Call an ambulance if you are in pain, otherwise you’ll have to wait at this A&E for ages, left in pain for hours even after reminding them of your existence every half hour. The staff don’t show any sense of urgency or listen to you. We’ll never go back there again, 3-rd world hospitals do much better than this.

Was greeted by triage Maria a blonde lady who was very dismissive rude, and racist. Laughed at my name and accused me of being abusive for just simply saying how desperate i am. This isn't the first time I've had this from her and racism for my name and appearance and will be reporting further. I even asked another nurse if i could have a chat with her about it to settle things but was turned down, and would still like this to be resolved and discussed.
