Called at 4:34pm needing emergency kerosene delivery for my elderly dad who’s 74, has been without heat for 3 days and it is the dead of winter with single digit temperatures for weeks. I was told they don’t do kerosene systems/deliveries and when I told her it says they do right on their website, she still denied it. I was then told they don’t do after hour deliveries for non customers - not a great mindset for a business unless they’re never looking to gain new customers to begin with.
