I always get what I pay for..I buy with confidence knowing that what I order is what goes in the tank. always on time, always clean, and professional. my rep Jason, always comes through, even with last minute request. and the guys in the factory,always quick to help and always answer my questions with pretty good confident knowledge.

He is also a wealth of technical knowledge and always professional and willing to help our office and tech teams! Calen is so unprofessional and rude- told my husband he was “ incompetent” and that he should hire someone so that we wouldn’t get divorced over this water filter project. Not only was Calen wrong- found the mythical part needed at a different Home Depot and didn’t get a condescending lecture there.
