I’ve been working with Matt Alexander for a while now, and he’s consistently gone above and beyond to help me get the products I need and keep my jobs moving consistently. He’s quick to respond to calls and texts, and has even come out to the jobsite when needed, to help troubleshoot as a subject matter expert. His product knowledge, reliability, and willingness to help, allow me to succeed when I forget to place an order on time. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for water treatment supplies or support. Matt Alexander is my sales rep and he is a life saver. I took over my water company last year and he helped walk me through every aspect of learning, replacing, and maintaining every piece of equipment I have.
