It’s NOT free. And then the cost is not clear as the display shows $1/hour with an increase to $2/hour but no mention of how soon the rate changes, so you assume it’s after your vehicle triggers a lower draw or “charged” status. Very disappointed. Oh well, I made a non tax-refundable donation to the City.
