They have 3 DC chargers and 1-2 Lvl two chargers. One DC was broken, and all of them are set at half the maximum speed. I had to use the level 2. The Lvl 2 was set at 5.3kwh max, when I usually get 12kwh for this type of charger. The DC was also set half speed 30kwh. I usually like chargepoint chargers but this was the worst one I’ve been to yet.
