Ok I finally found it. The super hot Hemet cops working a scene next door to this told me where it was. I feel safe enough because they are all standing around looking hot, otherwise I'd say don't come here at night. They pointed to it, it's lit up with a small white light, not what you may be expecting, in the middle of a big open parking lot. It's super slow 3.3kw, but at least it's something if you are in a pinch.
It's broken and left unmaimtenced like everything else in this post homeless dropoff junk dirt pile.
