Despite what others have written, this charger is NOT free - $.21/kWh. One of the two plugs was stuck in the station and could not be used. Sorry I forgot to report it.

Right next to the station and under a few trees. It’s FREE, which is always nice and I was getting about 7.3kWh while sharing power due to both spots being in use.
