Very slow charging. It was advertised as charging at up to 62 kW, but I was only getting around 25 kW. At one point it went as low as 22kW. That’s simply not adequate for a truck stop charging station. When you’re stopping at a truck stop expecting a significantly faster charge, getting speeds that aren’t much better than what I can get at home is extremely disappointing. Definitely not the experience I expected. SMH!

Charger #2 wouldn't charge my car. It took a couple tries for #1 to work and then only supplied a slow rate less than 58kwh. The app wouldn't connect to the network, so may have just been issues that day.
