Great place to charge. Located on the back side of The Outlets away from all the craziness, they all seem to be in working order. The area is well-lit, and not far from an entrance to the shops. I also highly recommend using the public restrooms conveniently located just steps inside the outlet entrance. They are exceptionally well appointed, clean, and even have a small lounge/quiet room perfect for a weary traveler or nursing mother.
Their app doesn’t work
As everyone else said. The touch screens do not work.
