CAUTION! This place has a dishonest manager, she will not give a security deposit back even when no damage occurred. As a party planner I thought this facility would be perfect due to proximity however Krista and her followers make it impossible to be happy here. Move in at your own risk, and know your donating your money to a greedy group.
We’ve spent six wonderful years in this apartment complex and truly don’t have a single negative thing to say. Our experience here has been fantastic from start to finish. Both the property manager and the maintenance team were always incredibly helpful—they really listen and react quickly whenever we have a request. If you’re looking for a quiet, family-oriented place to call home, we can’t recommend this community enough!
I have been at Savannah West for 3 1/2 years and I cannot recommend it enough! I have had a fantastic experience. The apartments feel more like a townhome and the area is very peaceful and quiet. Krista and Sarah in the office are great and Keith and Bob are the best maintenance team!
The two stars are for how well they maintain the outside of all apartments. It’s always very clean & looks nice. The amenities are good. However I did not have the greatest experience living here the time that I did. After living there for maybe about a year, I came home to a note left on my kitchen island stating they had been inside my apartment for “an inspection”.
