Only 4 pumps 2 of them would not work other 2 were occupied but not being used, my guess is that they both didn’t work either

Useless. Plug in, walk away, get a message 15 minutes later “your car is drawing little power and may be fully charged”. I get back and it stopped charging at 60%. This is a regular happening with ChargePoint. City managers, HR directors, lot managers: stop contracting with them— most unreliable charging stations I’ve used.

Having 4 charging ports is good but the price is what makes it lose 2 stars. You are charged $.30 per kWh and then $1.00 per hour your parked there. I didn’t realize that until after I unplugged and received a text with the charge. Just shy of $4 for 2 hours! Appears The station owner charges you for the kWh and parking time while plugged in, whereas Millbrae only charged for the hours your plugged in regardless of kHw consumed. Also the ChargePoint app doesn’t tell you this before hand either, overall the app is really weak... read more
