Only 4 pumps 2 of them would not work other 2 were occupied but not being used, my guess is that they both didn’t work either
Useless. Plug in, walk away, get a message 15 minutes later “your car is drawing little power and may be fully charged”. I get back and it stopped charging at 60%. This is a regular happening with ChargePoint. City managers, HR directors, lot managers: stop contracting with them— most unreliable charging stations I’ve used.
Having 4 charging ports is good but the price is what makes it lose 2 stars. You are charged $.30 per kWh and then $1.00 per hour your parked there. I didn’t realize that until after I unplugged and received a text with the charge. Just shy of $4 for 2 hours! Appears The station owner charges you for the kWh and parking time while plugged in, whereas Millbrae only charged for the hours your plugged in regardless of kHw consumed.
