We're brand new EV owners and this was our first attempt to use a public charger. It was located behind Culver's in Logan, Utah. We downloaded the ChargePoint app and hooked up with only minimal difficulty. Went inside and enjoyed some treats (about 20 minutes) and returned to see how much of a charge we'd gotten. Not much, but we only spent $0.25. We're going to have to locate a nearby DC fast charger and see how that works.
