Turn around to Scipio or go through to Beaver. These 2 chargers are NOT free. These 2 chargers do NOT WORK. There is no touch screen or screen at all. Even if you were to call charge point, with how slow it charges it isn't worth even trying to get them on the phone to get the charging station to work.
Neither charger is working…. Do NOT stop here. We wasted an hour with customer service… then had to go back 24 miles to a different brand charger…. ChargePoint is terrible!
Only 1 of the 2 units is working still. It was slow, but I also did not realize it was free, so I was okay being patient. The kilowatts output was around 7, so it took about an hour to charge it up about 12%, but that was all I needed.
