After months of putting out half-the rated charge speed, finally ALL the CCS chargers went down for multiple days during Thanksgiving week. After 15 minutes on the phone with customer service (including restarting multiple charging towers), they said there was nothing they could do and had no estimate on time to restore service. Ended up needing to use J1772 for 8 hours to get adequate charge to continue trip. As the only high-speed option for a large area, the reliability of these chargers is crucial. Charged here twice on a road trip. No wait, worked great, and excellent central downtown location so you can get a snack, beverage, or walk around while you charge. Contrary to another reviewer, there is indeed a level 2 plug here.
