Unit works great for slow charging. Looks like they’ve replaced the unit since some of the older comments. Tap to pay you don’t need the app. If the screen is accurate it is super cheap/almost free. If you’ve got two cars on the island it’s a good opportunity to leave this one charging for the day while site seeing. Some dummy gas car is parked in the second stall even though the parking lot is nearly empty.

Somehow my session stopped mid-charge, consequently I got hit with an idle fee. Keep an eye on the app to make sure the car wasn’t unplugged.

There are 2 chargers across from our rental. It is a level 2 and slow. To charge 50 to 90 takes 5-6 hours so not convenient or worth it for a quick stop so if you plan to use this before the ferry, don’t bother. It is great if you are staying local and have the several hours. It is free for charge point app users but says $10/hour once idle.

Does not charge! “Station not setup”. Screen is sunburnt and difficult to read. Dont rely on this one!
