The cord/connector will not unlatched from charging station until you pay for it via the app. The pay to tap option doesn't work either. It's a level 2, j1772, that gets about 6-8 kw speed. I know someone posted it wasn't actually a level 2 but a lv 1. My car recognizes it as a lv 2, as well as the operator (when I called about the connector being stuck) and it also charges at the same speed of the commercial lv2 chargers I have used in the past, as well as my lv 2 home charger.
