It's always in use during business hours - 8am to 5pm - because the employees at Water Management use it. It has saved me a couple of times, though, before we got our home fast charger. The plugs are in excellent shape and have always worked for me with zero issues. The only drawback is there's nothing else in the area. It's just the parking lot for water management, so you will be sitting in your car waiting while charging unless you have someone else to give you a ride.
