My first time charging in a public site. I used the BP Pulse app after I topped it up with £10 credit. There is a small screen showing the serial number of the wall charger, which is required to start the session from the smartphone.

Normally reliable and working at this location, but be prepared to spend a few minutes getting set up and charging. No card payment option, so you need an account set up. Stopping charge also requires you to access the app.

Multi story car park, Lurke Street. Easy access. Close to the High street shopping area. Free parking after 6pm. 2 hours free parking Saturday. Sunday free parking all day. Electric car charging points. Lifts.

These chargers are located on the first floor of the car park, either side of the entry ramp. One pair is immediately to the left of the ramp, the another pair is located next to the ramp up to the floor above (so you need to loop round the first level to get to them). Each charger is shared between two parking bays and has two charging ports.
