Topped up on the BP app and found everything very easy, well impressed with it all
Staying in the hotel near these charge points. Was the main reason I chose the hotel because it had ev charging in the carpark. Was initially unable to get to the chargers due to all 4 spaces being parked in by non-EV’s. Once I could get a space the charging screen was difficult to work - very intermittent. Initially did not charge by using the tap card payment. Had to instead download the BP pulse app, set up and add credit to an account, then the charge worked fine and was very fast.
