Charge fox as at 7/10/23 at this location is not powered. Can’t charge the car - gah! Pretty slack charge fox! No indication on the App that unit was dead. Not very happy and a bit nervous too. Not even one star from me. Only gave one star so I could post this info for others.
I charged my vehicle on 07/11/2022, the machine asked me for my credit card, which I scanned and it charged me 20$ straight away, I left my car charging there for about 30 min and when I came it only charged enough for 5 km. I had to go and disconnected my car thinking that the money that I paid would be refunded, but it never did. It is more expensive than the fuel 20$ for 5 km! Not happy at all. Who can I contact please?
