Could not initiate a charge. Called help desk who rebooted the system but still unable to charge at all.
Despite what it says on the app never achieved more than 20 kw. Plus it seems if you use one plug it won’t allow another user to use the other plug. The second charger always goes out of service if one charger is being used. Takes ages to connect as well. The joke of EVs that just keep on giving. Imagine pulling up to a petrol pump and not knowing at what speed the pump dispenses petrol to your car until the pump is in the car, and being used. That’s these things. Had to wait an hour for the bowser, and then it took 20+ mins to connect, as each time I connected my car it said ‘occupied’ on screen… even the ‘Help’ button wasn’t working on the app (which I had used in the past). Anyway… it finally worked and I got out of there….
