charger works well but all the pay stations in the car park are broken
The charging station is easy to use, there was someone in the spot as we arrived but they left as we were pulling in so our friends (who have a Tesla) didn’t have to wait at all. Charged to 80 percent from around 45 in just over an hour I would say.
The charging station was offline, and even with my own charging cable, I couldn't use the "cable required charger," despite the app indicating it was available. I called Chargefox, but they couldn't resolve the issue. This is very anxiety-inducing for EV drivers. In Devonport, there's only one other 21 kW charger available unless you have a Tesla.
