Chargefox provide a fee collection system for EV chargers. They list unreliable chargers that show up on their map as functioning. Over the past 18 months this has led to me being stuck in country towns overnight charging from motel power points etc. Their response to our local MP regarding their reliability issue was simply misleading corporate dribble. This is a company that needs to fail so a competent team can take over their role in a fire sale.
I was in the Secure car park in Surrey Hils and choose to give up after waiting exactly 19 mins for the connection to take place. I could not readily find support on the App. The FAQ's did not address my matter and I certainly could not chat or speak to anyone. I much prefer the charging stations where you simply scan your credit card and the charging begins, no signing up process.
