Great service and very fast!
My experience with Charged Cycle Works has been nothing but amazing. I’m not one to typically leave reviews but seriously they deserve it. Across the board everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful. I have to single out Nate here to really express my gratitude towards him. He helped me out big time and wanted nothing but to see me happy. Couldn’t be happier with the service that they provide!
I had my bike serviced, turns out only a sensor was off. I was charged $200 for 5 minutes of work, I also ordered a part (that I had to install myself) and got home to install it, they gave me the wrong part and now my light on my bike no longer works either. Really disappointed, I was hoping for much better.
