Shady business… The had posted a “tested” bike on their website. I bought it and the system charged for the shipping fee, shortly after when reading the description I noticed it says they couldn’t ship this model… I proceeded to call them and asked for a refund but then a guy told me they would ship it but for an extra fee, I asked him how much, he said he would call me back in a few minutes… That call never happened… I proceeded to email them asking them for a refund after I saw they have a YouTube channel and they used thi... read more
Charged always pulls through when I need anything for my bikes. They know their stuff and have been a huge help with both my Light Bee and Ultra Bee. They respond fast with solid advice that makes decisions easy. The parts selection is on point, whether I’m upgrading or just keeping things running. Drew knows these bikes inside and out and always points me in the right direction. He's been really helpful in keeping me dialed. Definitely my go to for anything bike related.
