I ordered a $3500 battery that on their website would arrive in five days. Turns out there was some error on their website and then some inventory problem and it took much longer to get my battery. That said, the owner has reached out to me and made things good. I understand it’s not a perfect world and mistakes happen. It’s what you do about the mistake if and when it happens. The company did right Buy me and made it right. That’s pretty important these days.
Took in my Throne Srpnt X3 for a brake issue and few others. They fixed me right up! Great communication, great service, fairly priced. Would highly recommend
Charge cycle are more social media active vs customer service. My supermoto rear wheel at their procession for months supposedly warranty work. 3 months later find out they don't have the skill set for a fix. Keep it mind the wheels are new out of the box. No update from CS for awhile i have to follow up with email phone call to find out SOL.
